Payment Policy

Please note all our treatments MUST be paid for in advance- this includes booking in Salon or via phone, without a payment your appointment will not be booked or confirmed.

Cash payments can only be taken in the Salon, when booking over the phone we will ask to take payment details and payment will be applied whilst we are on the phone with you, all data is encrypted and no personal or banking details are stored.

We have a minimum £10 spend on card, or you will have to pay a 50p charge.

We accept AMEX however you will be subjected to pay a £2.50 charge for this service.

Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment in order to be granted a refund or exchange. Failure to give this notice time will result in you losing the value of your appointment; this includes appointments bought as part of a package or group.

Discounted treatments and offers are non-exchangeable and non-refundable even if requested outside of our 48 hours cancellation policy.

Appointments

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment, if you are a first time client you will be asked to fill out a brief consultation form prior to your treatment.

If you are late for your appointment your treatment may be shortened in consideration to the next client.

Certain treatments may require a patch test in advance to your appointment, please contact us to arrange this. We will not be held liable for any complications should you choose not to have a patch test.

Peak/Off Peak Times

Some of our treatments have a Peak Time and Off Peak Time Price meaning they are cheaper on weekdays, during the day.

Off Peak Times: Tuesday-Friday 10am-4pm
Peak Times: Tuesday- Friday 4pm Onwards
Saturday: 10am-5pm

Discounts

Student Discount Policy:

We offer student discount on selected treatments, you may book this online. When coming for your treatment we will request to see a valid Student ID card. Failure to show this will result in paying the difference in price on the day of your treatment.
