The easiest way to purchase vouchers is by phone using debit or credit cards by calling 0207 739 5462. You are also more than welcome to pop into our salon and make a purchase in person. Vouchers can be purchased for particular treatments or for any amount.


We currently only accept payment in GBP.
Appointments can be made by phone on + 44 (0)20 7739 5462. You can book your appointment in person at our salon. We also have an online booking system so just click the book now buttons where you see the treatments, If our lines are busy, or your call is made out of working hours, please leave a message and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible. We take full payment at the time of booking so have these to hand when you call to book.


CAN I BRING CHILDREN TO THE SALON?
Unfortunately children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the salon.

Your First Visit
If you have not visited us before, we request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to fill in our client consultation form. Clients are requested to arrive on time for appointments to prevent inconveniencing others. Late arrival will unfortunately reduce the time available for your treatment. Some treatments will require you to fill out another form we will inform you of this if you book such treatments. Please note some treatments require you to have a patch test, if you forgo a patch test we will not be liable for any adverse reactions.

Post-appointment
If you are having a manicure or pedicure we recommend that you add at least 10 minutes onto the end of your appointment to allow the polish to touch dry. If you are opting for a Gel finish these set instantly and you’re good to go. It is also advisable to wear open toe sandals rather than shoes or bring flip flops.

Pricing
If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us or ask reception, we reserve the right to alter pricing structures and discontinue or amend treatments to ensure we are providing you with the most up-to-date service possible. Again, do not hesitate to contact us with any queries.

Cancelling an appointment
Appointments may be cancelled by calling a member of our team on the numbers listed (see contact us), and we will do our best to re-arrange for a more convenient time. Unfortunately we require 48 hours notice to cancel appointments. Clients who are unable to provide such notice will be liable for the total treatment value. Appointments over an hour requires 5 days notice to cancel or rebook, the same goes for multiple treatments booked by an individual. Group bookings require 28days.

Making your mind up
We are keen to accommodate our services to fit in with busy lifestyles. If you have booked a particular treatment but once you arrive realise there is something else we could do for you either instead, or as well as, do not hesitate to let one of our therapists know. Although it may not always be possible, we will do our best to ensure your time in the salon is as well spent as we can.

Personalised packages
It is possible to create a personalised package for you providing we offer what you require, although this is not something we can guarantee. Do not hesitate to consult your therapist on arrival to find out more.

Every second counts
Remember late arrival merely reduces the time available for your treatment.

Cold feet
It's absolutely no problem if you want to cancel or alter an appointment, but please give us as much notice as possible. Remember there is a cancellation fee if you give us less than 48 hours notice (see cancellation policy). Clients who are unable to provide such notice will be liable for the total treatment value.


If you are having a pedicure it is advisable to wear appropriate shoes to ensure against smudges (see also post appointment). Other than that we advise that you wear whatever is most comfortable.
If you are having a spray tan we advise dark loose clothing and flip flops. Wearing make-up before a facial is not a problem, as our therapists will have you cleansed in minutes. Wearing make-up immediately after a facial is normally not a problem we have a selection of mineral makeup which allows your skin to breathe. We would ordinarily advise you to keep your face make-up free immediately after our more intense facials.

Unfortunately we require at least 48 hours notice to cancel / reschedule appointments. We keep your payment on file as a credit for you to use when you book again. If you would like a refund you will be charged 5% of the total cost of your treatment. Clients who are unable to provide such notice will be liable for the total treatment value. Appointments that are less than an hour can be rescheduled or cancelled upto 48hrs in advance of your appointment. Appointments longer than an hour upto 5 days in advance. Group bookings (two people or more) upto 28days in advance. Please note refunds are processed minus and admin fee. If you're unsure about our terms please ask us at the time of booking.
